CHANOVE 1 - A RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX OF TRADITIONAL BULGARIAN HOUSES

Chanove 1 is a closed-type residential complex comprising 8 traditional-style Bulgarian houses which have retained the ethnographic specificities of the Bansko Region. The exterior's authentic decoration and author's elements put the complex amongst the most attractive complexes in the region.

Here, the classic Bulgarian tradition has been kept in full - wood decoration, verandahs and jetties, wooden parapets, specific yet simple decorations.

Set up amongst picturesque countryside, imposing pristine forests, close to a game reserve and rich cultural and historical heritage...

Situated on an ancient Roman road from Marcianopolis to Balchik, within the picturesque valley along the Dolishte River, near the Dolishte Nature Reserve, close to the Dolishte River. On the attractive crossroads of the roads to the sea capital of Bulgaria - Varna and the international airport (only 15 minutes from there), Baltata, Yaylata, Tuzlata and Kaliakra Nature Reserves, the three modern golf courses which are being built, the Black Sea Resort Complex Albena which is famous throughout Europe...

It combines the characteristics of the Bulgarian national revival age, where attention has been paid to the history and the details, with the modern concept of luxury, coziness and comfort, high standard of the construction work and in harmony with the environment.

The houses in Chanove Complex are not furnished, but there is an option to be fully furnished in the time they are purchased. The furnish packs include everything necessary - from furniture, textile and accessories, electric appliances until the tableware.

Our partner in interior design is company IVEA, which works with the leading furniture producers and importers.

According the client's desire we can develop and accomplish unique interior designs. It is possible every epoque and style to be reproduced. For our clients we are able to create a unique and authentic interior design with no analogue.
